Joulupukki is a traditional hunt that Sami peoples have used to mark the Winter Solstice for a long time. Some time in humanity’s future, this band of Laplander traditionalist have both the ability and desire to resurrect their culture and bring it to life. Genetic design and a partially Terraformed Martian atmosphere serve as the blank canvas on which they paint a very vivid version of Sápmi tradition and mythos.

Dude--it's a wonderful story, but how could you end it here? It's my single biggest pet peeve with short stories--they often just stop without any resolution, and it MAKES ME CRAZY! At the risk of sounding even more petulant, it's not very respectful of your readers to leave us hanging in midair, wondering if/how a young boy on his very first hunt survives his encounter with a big, bad troll. Really?? Come on, dude--a story needs to come to at least a provisional stopping point. This seems like you just put down the pen and forgot to return to finish it. It's a wonderful START--please pick up the pen again and continue!Product details
